You May have seen signs around the property at the church announcing a meeting at the church on April 30th at 7:00pm regarding the housing development. This meeting is for community input for the housing development and will be held in the sanctuary.

As part of Baltimore County’s land use and entitlement process, projects of this type are required to host a Community Input Meeting. This meeting is a county-mandated procedural step intended to give members of the surrounding community an opportunity to learn about the proposed development and provide comments directly to the development team before the project proceeds further in the approval process.

The purpose of the Community Input Meeting is to:

• present the proposed project to the public, particularly nearby residents
• explain the scope of the development, site plans, and anticipated timeline
• receive and document community feedback as required by Baltimore County
• demonstrate that the development team has met its public engagement obligations
